1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Adult Couples Games at adultcouplegames.com (“ACG” or the “Service”).
In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the person responsible for providing and maintaining ACG.

2. Information used to provide the website
When you visit a website, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver its pages and resources. This can include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and the time of the request.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes information needed to deliver the Service. Depending on the server configuration, access and error logs may record technical details for troubleshooting, security, and maintaining availability.
These technical records are separate from the custom-wheel content saved in your browser.
3. Games and browser storage
The current games do not require a player account.
Custom Wheel uses your browser’s local storage to remember your wheel choices and settings between visits. This storage belongs to the browser and device you use; it is not an ACG account or a cloud backup.
The current custom-wheel feature saves this information locally rather than uploading it to an ACG database. Other people who can access the same browser profile may be able to access saved information.
You can remove saved wheel data by clearing the site’s data in your browser settings. Clearing cookies alone may not clear local storage. Private browsing, browser cleanup, or switching devices can also affect whether your saved wheel remains available.
Other game interactions do not necessarily have the same saving behavior. Do not assume that every result or game session is retained.
4. Sharing a custom wheel
When you use the sharing feature, the wheel’s starting list is included in the link you create. The list is encoded in the link; encoding is not encryption.
Anyone who receives the link may be able to read, copy, save, or forward its contents. Shared links are not password-protected invitations.
The wheel information is placed after the “#” in the URL. Browsers do not normally include that fragment in the request sent to the web server, but the page reads it to load the shared wheel. The complete link may still appear in browser history, clipboard contents, messages, or other services you use to share it.
Review your list before sharing. Avoid names, contact details, or sensitive information about yourself or another person. Share intimate content only with adults who have agreed to receive it.
Clearing your own browser data does not remove copies of a link held by other people.
5. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to include.
We use this information to respond, investigate reported problems, handle privacy requests, and maintain necessary correspondence. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store them.
Please do not send intimate details, identity documents, or other sensitive information unless needed for a specific request. A technical problem can usually be described without sharing your custom-wheel content.
Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
6. Cookies and analytics choices
Custom Wheel uses browser storage to remember your choices, as described above.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They are activated only after you consent through our privacy controls. Declining analytics does not prevent you from playing the games.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent through the website’s privacy controls. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics collection; it does not automatically delete information already collected.
7. Analytics and search visibility
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and general interactions with the website, and Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation, clicks, scrolling, and usability problems through heatmaps and session recordings. This includes pages containing games and wheels.
These services may process technical and usage information such as browser and device details, page visits, interactions, online identifiers, and IP addresses, subject to their configurations and processing practices.
We configure analytics to exclude user-entered wheel names and choices, personalized lists, displayed game results, and the contents of custom-wheel sharing links. We do not intentionally send this intimate content as analytics events or recording content.
Google and Microsoft process analytics information to provide their respective services. Their handling of information is also described in the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We separately use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor search visibility, indexing, and technical issues. These webmaster tools are distinct from the optional visitor analytics described above.
8. Advertising and external links
We plan to introduce advertising or affiliate links in the future. Before introducing technologies that change how visitor information is collected or shared, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notices and choices.
The Service may link to websites operated by others. If you follow a link, the destination website may receive information such as your IP address and browser details and may use its own cookies.
The information you provide on another website is handled under that website’s privacy policy. ACG does not control those independent practices.
9. Why information is processed and who receives it
We use the information described in this policy to:
- deliver and maintain the website;
- provide browser-based game features;
- respond to messages and privacy requests;
- investigate errors, abuse, or security incidents;
- understand search visibility;
- meet applicable legal obligations.
Hosting and email providers may process information as needed to perform their services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or where necessary and lawful to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Custom-wheel data stored in your browser remains there until it is replaced or removed through the feature, your browser settings, or browser storage management. Local storage does not provide a guaranteed retention period.
Server logs are retained according to the hosting configuration and the needs of security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations.
Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to address the request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable legal requirements. Relevant records may be kept longer when necessary for an unresolved dispute or legal obligation.
You may contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of information we hold about you.
11. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No internet service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Protect access to your device and browser, particularly if you save or share intimate wheel content.
Hosting, email delivery, and website administration may involve processing outside your country. The locations depend on the services and infrastructure used. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements must be met.

You can clear locally stored wheel data through your browser and choose whether to create or send a sharing link.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.
Some US state laws provide additional rights, including opt-outs from certain forms of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information, where those laws apply.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We cannot remotely erase data stored only in your browser or copies of shared links held by other people.
13. Adults only
ACG is intended for adults aged 18 and over, or a higher age where required by local law.
We do not knowingly seek personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our features, providers, or information practices change. The effective date will identify the current version.
