1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to Adult Couples Games at adultcouplegames.com (“ACG” or the “Service”). In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the person responsible for providing and maintaining ACG.

2. Adults only

5. Your custom wheels and shared links
You may enter your own ideas and create custom wheels using the available tools. You retain any rights you hold in the content you create. Creating a wheel does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
Only enter and share content that you have the right to use. Do not include content involving minors, non-consensual sexual activity, threats, harassment, or unlawful conduct. Do not disclose another person’s private information without permission.
A custom-wheel sharing link contains the wheel’s starting list. Anyone who receives the link may be able to read, copy, or forward that list. Treat the link as a way of sharing the content, not as a private or access-controlled invitation.
Review the list before sending it. Share intimate content only with adults who have agreed to receive it. Removing a link from your own messages does not remove copies already received by others.
A shared custom wheel is user-created content and is not an endorsement or safety assessment by ACG.
6. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the Service for personal, noncommercial entertainment and share links through its intended features.
Except for user-created content and materials identified as belonging to others, the Service’s original text, graphics, branding, and game content are owned by us or used under license.
Unless applicable law or a separate license permits it, you may not sell, commercially republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without permission.
These terms do not restrict lawful quotation, fair use, honest reviews, or rights provided by applicable open-source or third-party licenses.
7. Misuse of the Service
